It evaluates how someone works with an AI assistant on a practical task. The report covers five capabilities: critical thinking, communication clarity, contextual knowledge, decision making and values alignment. It also looks at observable behaviours such as prompt quality, output review and refinement.
Is this a quiz about AI tools?
No. Participants complete a task through a conversation with a built-in AI assistant. The assessment looks at how they guide, question and refine the output, rather than asking them to recall AI terminology or rate their own confidence.
Can we use it with existing employees?
Yes. Invite people in your team to complete an assessment, then review individual strengths and development areas. Use the findings to plan coaching, focus training and discuss where people need support with AI-assisted work.
How should we use it when hiring?
Choose a task relevant to the role and give candidates comparable instructions and conditions. Review the findings alongside interviews, work samples and role experience. The assessment adds evidence about AI collaboration; it does not guarantee future performance or replace your hiring decision.
Can we tailor the task to our work?
Yes. Tasks can be configured around the role, organisation and company values. This helps you evaluate whether someone can apply AI in the context your team actually works in.
How long does it take, and do participants need an AI subscription?
Allow around 15 minutes for the AI readiness task. Participants work with the built-in assistant, so they do not need to bring their own AI subscription. Timing can vary with the task you configure.
What will we see in the results?
Results include an overall readiness assessment, capability and behaviour scores, explanations, strengths and areas for development. The conversation provides context for reviewing how the person approached the task.
How do we get started?
Create a free MyCulture workspace with 5 assessment credits and no credit card required. Set up an AI readiness assessment and invite your first participants. If you are planning a wider team rollout, book a demo to discuss your needs and the right plan.
