What It Measures

Their responses determine inclination towards four culture types: Collaborate (teamwork and consensus), Create (innovation and flexibility), Compete (achievement and results), and Control (efficiency and stability). Understanding how a candidate fits these cultural quadrants helps place them where they will thrive and bolsters overall team harmony.
Collaborate
Measures preference for teamwork, participation, consensus, and a family-like atmosphere.
Create
Assesses inclination toward innovation, flexibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and uniqueness.
Compete
Evaluates drive for achievement, results orientation, and competitive marketplace focus.
Control
Identifies preference for efficiency, stability, structured processes, and operational excellence.
